How do I place my order?

  • Visit our official Black Denim website (www.blackdenim.in) and go through our wide range of collections until you get your perfect one.
  • After selecting your loved one, make sure to check for the relevant size options from our Size Chart.
  • Once done with selection Just click on “Buy Now”. The items will be added to your shopping cart.
  • When you add all the desired items click on “Check Out”.
  • During checkout, you have the option to log in to your existing Black Denim account.
  • If you are a new user Just fill our sign Up form with your credentials to create your account.
  • After completing this step, confirm your shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment.
  • Finally, click 'Complete Order' to confirm your purchase.

How will I know that my order is placed successfully?

Upon successfully placing your order, We at Black Denim will promptly send you a confirmation email or SMS containing comprehensive details of your purchase along with your unique order ID.

Furthermore, you will get another notification via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched for shipment. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and eagerly await the arrival of our premium collection.

In How many days will my order be delivered?

Orders within India are usually delivered in 2-3 business days in metro cities and 3-5 business days for other areas. Ensure that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and external circumstances like public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

How do I track my order?

Once the Order is confirmed by Our dispatching team we’ll promptly send you with a tracking number via SMS Or email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your order in real-time. Simply follow the link provided to access the tracking details: Track Order.

How can I check the status of my order?

To track the status of your order, make sure you are logged into account. Click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the screen. Then, select the sign-in button to enter your Login details.

  • Once logged in, navigate to the orders section to view the status of your current order as well as your order history.
  • After your order is placed sucessfully at Black Denim, you will promptly receive a confirmation email and SMS containing order details. Subsequently, you'll receive another notification via email and SMS once your products have been shipped.
  • In case of any unforeseen events or complications causing a delay in shipping, don’t worry you will receive an immediate update from us, detailing the reasons behind the delay and providing revised shipping and delivery timelines.
  • If you encounter any further issues or require urgent delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our help center. Our dedicated team will assist you in raising a ticket and swiftly resolving any concerns you may have.

How do I modify my order?

In order to make changes to your order before it has been shipped, please contact our help center and provide the necessary details to raise a ticket. Our team will assist you in sorting out any modifications needed.

Make sure to remember once an order has been shipped, modifications cannot be made during transit. However, you can initiate an exchange request once the order has been delivered. We are happy to assist you.

Is there any option to try the product before buying it?

Yes, Black Denim has 11 Offline stores in Hyderabad, You can visit any of our offline stores and use the try-and-buy option. (Unfortunately this facility is restricted only to Hyderabad, But rest assured we are coming to your city soon). However, to make sure you are picking the right size, we provided a size guide with measurements on our product pages. Just check it out.

Does Black Denim deliver products outside India?

Opps! Currently, Black Denim only delivers products within India.

How do I receive my order from Black Denim?

Black Denim have partnered with various reputable courier companies to ensure the timely delivery of your orders directly to your doorstep. Your Black Denim order delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on location.

Rest assured, we want our customers to be happy. All our orders are carefully packaged in premium sealed boxes to guarantee that your items arrive in pristine condition.

What to do when my payment fails?

In any case if you encounter a payment failure during Check out, here are some steps to consider:

  • Ensure your internet connection remains stable throughout the check out process.
  • Make sure to cross check the accuracy of the information you provided during payment, including your account details, billing address, and password (if using Net Banking).
  • If your account has been debited despite the payment failure, don't Panic. The amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 10 business days.

Are there any Hidden Charges?

Not at all. Rest assured, We at Black Denim follow transparency. We pride ourselves on offering products with no concealed fees whatsoever. What you see is precisely what you'll pay – no surprises, just straightforward pricing.

Returns/Exchange and Cancel

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

The returns will be processed within 7 working days and for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account. Please ensure that refunds on bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders made through online payments. 

Can I cancel an order once it's dispatched?

Certainly! Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming it to avoid any inconvenience. 

What to do if my package is lost or damaged during transit?

In case, if you find your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer support. Our team@  Black Denim will work with respective courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution for you.

Can I Return the ordered products from Black Denim?

Yes, The products purchased from the Black Denim can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. After completion of the return window you're not allowed to claim it. 

We accept “Return or Exchange” only products returned in their original packaging boxes, with a given price tag.

Is there any charges for Return?

We want your return to arrive safely! A Rs.100 packing charge will be applied to cover the cost of materials.

How Can I cancel my order?

Log on to Black Denim Official Website and Go to “User Menu” and Click on “My Orders” Section and choose the specific order you wish to Cancel.

(Note: Please keep in mind that once the order is confirmed from our end, cancellation is not possible.

If I Canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had chosen Cash on Delivery, no amount will be refunded cause you haven’t paid anything for order.

However for the payments done via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI Payments or Wallets you will get a refund to the respective source within 7-10 business days from the time of cancellation.  

What is the Return Window @ Black Denim?

We only accept Return requests raised within 72 Hours ( 3 Days) after delivery.

How can I place an exchange request on Black Denim?

To request an exchange

  • Navigate to the 'My Orders' section in the main menu.
  • Choose the Item/Product you wish to exchange.
  • Now select the 'Exchange' option.
  • Pick the reason for exchange and specify the desired size (if applicable).
  • Click on 'Exchange' to complete the process.

Note: Make sure to remember:

  • Each order allows for one exchange.
  • Ensure Products must be returned in their original packaging box, including price tags on garments.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

In Case I Return the products, will the Shipping/COD/Gifting charges be credited back?

No! Unfortunately, COD, shipping, and gifting charges are one-time fees and are not eligible for refunds upon product return.

What If I'm not available when the pickup is being attempted?

Our courier partner will try 3 attempts to pick up the Order. If you're unavailable during the pickup attempt, please communicate with them and reschedule the pickup time of your convenience.
